Role OverviewWe are hiring an Insurance Agent to advise clients on insurance products and close new policies. The role combines consultative selling with insurance expertise — building trust quickly and matching products to real needs.
Key Responsibilities
* Generate and qualify leads through inbound inquiries and outbound outreach
* Conduct needs analysis with prospects across personal lines (auto, home, life, health)
* Quote and present policy options tailored to each client's situation
* Close new business and maintain a pipeline of renewals and referrals
* Maintain accurate records in CRM and meet activity and sales targets
* Stay current on carrier products, underwriting guidelines, and regulations
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Active insurance license in your jurisdiction (Property & Casualty, Life & Health, or equivalent)
* 2+ years in insurance sales or financial services sales
* Strong consultative selling and needs-discovery skills
* Familiarity with insurance CRM and quoting platforms
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* Self-motivated with a track record in commission-based environments
