TD SYNNEX\nJob Purpose\nTo bestillinger the first point of contact for customers aligned to their respective Business Unit, utilising specialist product knowledge alongside a professional and confident manner to deliver excellent customer satisfaction, develop new sales opportunities and achieve sales targets.\nAccountabilities Achieve monthly/quarterly Revenue and Margin targets\nBuild excellent customer relationships through proactive engagement and demonstrable specialist product knowledge\nPlan outbound calls to customers to generate new business opportunities\nActive inboundicies selling\nProvide accurate and timely quotations to customers\nGenerate and own a pipeline of deals in TD SYNNEX's CRM system, which is regularly reviewed and updated\nManage customer backorder expectations and reporting\nProactively develop relationships with key internal and external contacts\nEnsure CRM system is well maintained and provides correct customer information\nProvide, sell and negotiate product information, pricing, special offers and promotions\nEnsure TD SYNNEX maintains service level agreements with customers\nAttain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as daily talk time and outbound calls\nSell the benefits of using TD SYNNEX and the company value proposition\nDevelop and execute account plans to maintain and grow customer business, sometimes in conjunction with a Field Sales Executive or Business Development Manager Knowledge, Skills and Experience Numerate with good attention to detail\nExcellent telephone manners\nPriority management and planning skills\nStrive to achieve set targets\nUnderstand sales processes\nEffective communication skills\nGood relationship building\nWorking knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook\nPrevious experience of IT systems for quotation, order entry and CRM preferred\nKnowledge of product set desirable but not essential\nIT industry knowledge desirable but not essential What's In It For You?
