ROLE OVERVIEW:
As a key player in ATS Italy, you’ll take charge of driving growth for Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and Manufacturing Operation Management (MOM) solutions. Following a handover period with the Italian Division Manager, you’ll become the primary point of contact for prestigious international clients in MES/MOM projects.
Your Responsibilities:
* Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and prospective customers to expand our solutions portfolio.
* Analyze market opportunities and assess customer value to strategically grow the business.
* Develop and execute a comprehensive Business Development plan.
* Deliver quarterly sales activity reports and ensure seamless bid management aligned with client expectations.
* Stay updated on the latest functionality of assigned solutions and monitor market trends, competitive activities, and promotional opportunities.
* Maintain and optimize the company’s CRM database to support effective planning and communication.
What You Bring:

* Proven experience in automation, IT technology, MES, or MOM solutions.
* Strong communication skills in both Italian and English (essential).
* Results-driven, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
* A passion for manufacturing, IT, and automation is a strong advantage.
* Willingness to travel (a valid driving license is essential).
