Sr. Account Manager & Business Development – North East
Job Summary
As a Sr. Account Manager & Business Development, in North East area, you will be responsible in drive all sales activities within the OEM business to reach the agreed AOP technology. This includes creating a right product pipeline in working with external OEM focusing on Saia PLC business, and managing the relationship with them. This role will manage also Demand Generation activities for the area, working in partnership with the Area Manager for that area. This includes extensive coordination with various Honeywell cross-functional team like Vertical Leaders, Offering Manager, ASE.
The portfolio to support are the different layers of Building, covering Field Devices (Wallmodules, valves, sensors,..), Controllers (Trend, Honeywell, SBC) and Softwares (Niagara, IQVision, PCD8, RBM, CEM,..) to Specifier, Partners and End Users.

Key requirements
* Drive all sales activities within the OEM business to reach the agreed AOP on sales Targets
* Responsible to deliver the OEM assigned annual/quarter Order plan
* Customer engagement at senior levels; building long-term strategic and executive relationships
* Work on key demand generation initiatives on the Area
* Travel > 50%
Key skills and qualifications
* Bachelor's degree, or equivalent. Some experience in the field.
* Demonstrated ability to develop and foster strong customer relationships
* In-depth knowledge of Honeywell and competitor platforms, products and technologies
* Experience in technical writing and preparation of proposals
* Strong verbal and written communications skills
* Familiarity with industry regulatory requirements and future mandates
