Account Sales Professional
We are seeking a skilled Account Sales Professional to join our team. This role involves identifying and recruiting new dealers, supporting and developing existing distributors, and managing key accounts in Italy and surrounding countries.
About the Job
* Achieve regional sales targets, maximize sales volumes, and develop maximum market share.
* Create regional sales plans and quotas in line with business objectives.
* Conduct direct and indirect business development activities to develop new distribution channels and key accounts in diversified verticals through intensive prospecting activities.
* Drive and support distributors in the development of their business activities.
* Respond to, track, and close sales inquiries in cooperation with distributors.
* Visit customers and conduct hands-on demonstrations to effectively convert business leads into orders.
* Propose, organize, and participate in trade shows, events, and promotional roadshows.
* Generate, develop, and nurture new market opportunities.
* Analyze regional market trends and discover new growth opportunities.
About You
* Mastery of sales, marketing, or engineering is required.
* A minimum of 3 years of proven B to B sales experience in relevant Geospatial industries (GNSS positioning/navigation, LiDAR mapping, unmanned surveying, construction engineering, GIS, land surveying, precision agriculture) is necessary.
* Fluency in Italian and professional level of English - written and oral - is mandatory.
* Experience in international dealer management is a plus for this position.
* You must be results-oriented, have a positive outlook, and strive for high-quality commercial profits.
* You possess strong negotiation skills and are an excellent face-to-face communicator.
Requirements
This position requires frequent travel in Italian-speaking countries (approximately 50%) and occasional travel in Europe to visit business partners/clients, trade shows, and strategic accounts.
