Reporting to the Group Director Professional Coffee and the Group Director Vending, your role will be crucial in ensuring that our solutions meet customer needs, contributing to the company’s ongoing success, and achieving growth objectives. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliManage and update the product portfolio and sales catalogues (code creation, technical data entry, item coding). /liliMaintain and update the product database. /liliConduct market and competitor research in the vending and coffee sector to identify new opportunities. /liliProvide technical and commercial support to the sales team, including training and product consultancy. /liliPrepare product sheets, presentations, and other sales materials. /liliTrack product performance and generate regular reports. /liliReview and evaluate samples of new products before launch. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliDegree in Engineering, or related fields. /liliPrevious experience in product management, technical sales, or similar roles (experience in vending/coffee or related industries is a plus). /liliKnowledge of spare parts, maintenance, fault diagnosis, exploded drawings, and product calculations (margin and pricing). /liliExperience with ERP/PIM systems, Microsoft Office (especially Excel), BI tools, and Microsoft Dynamics. /liliStrong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. /liliAbility to work in cross-functional teams and collaborate with technicians, sales, and manufacturers. /liliCustomer-focused mindset with excellent communication and negotiation skills. /liliProficiency in English (written and spoken) and availability for short international travel. /liliPassion for the industry and a strong desire to contribute to the company’s success and growth. /li /ulh3Additional Information /h3pIf you decide to join us, you will find an informal and positive atmosphere within a dynamic, international environment.
