Responsibilities: - Develop and grow Bel’s sales for all Product lines throughout the territory with a focus on direct accounts and supporting distributors' end customers. - Grow the business at existing sales channels while developing new ones to address the various markets covered by Bel’s product portfolio. - Meet or exceed annual sales goals - Visit accounts to win business, forge relationships, resolve issues, specify products, and promote the use of Bels products in general. - Provide support in product and sales training to Distribution partners as needed. - Work closely with product management and customer service to ensure the required level of service is provided to the customer on time. - Provide periodic reports to Sales & Operations (S&OP) process, including forecast info and percent to plan. Job Requirements: - Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills. - Knowledge of strategic selling techniques and TCO approach. - Computer-literate in MS-Office and on-line database tools - Background in effective time and territory management. - Effective customer presentation skills - Geographically located in or able to relocate to the appropriate sales territory. - Able to travel >60% as this is a field-based function. - Italian language is mandatory and fluency in written and spoken English Additional Requirements: - Works effectively under pressure - Excellent interpersonal skills - Able to liaise at all levels of customer accounts - Possesses high energy - Highly dependable - Proactive and customer-oriented - Performs multiple tasks simultaneously - Committed to frequent deadlines - Interface effectively with internal depts. and outside resources - Work independently and display sense of urgency - Tackle complex problems - Team player - Possess long-term and short-term planning skills - Detail-oriented - Must present a professional and articulate image - Frequent travel Work Opportunity Bel will only employ those legally authorized to work in the hiring country of residence.
