We are looking for a National Key Account Manager to join our Sales Team at Bolton Food, based in Milano.How you make the differenceAs a National Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth across national clients, strengthening strategic retailer relationships, optimizing product visibility and promotional activities, and delivering sell-out performance in line with company objectives.How your agenda looks like:- Ensure the achievement of business KPIs and objectives through effective negotiation and management of commercial agreements with the customer.- Deliver on sales targets and objectives.- Drive the optimal category mix within the company portfolio to maximize customer profitability.- Collaborate closely with Marketing and Trade Marketing teams to develop and implement tailored Category and Trade Plans for the customer.- Design and execute customer‑specific promotional plans.- Identify new business opportunities to enhance efficiency and profitability across categories.Your team:This position reports to the Customer Team Manager and closely collaborates with the wider Sales Team, as well as with cross‑functional commercial and corporate departments.What makes you a great fit:- Master’s Degree in Economics, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields; - 4+ years of experienceacross Sales and Trade Marketing functions, preferably in FMCG or retail environments; - Strong analytical and data‑driven mindset; - Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint; - Fluent Italian and good English proficiency; - Strong organizational,interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills; - Results‑oriented, proactive, and team‑player attitude.What’s in for you:- Contract type: Permanent.- Working Hours: Tempo pieno, with smart working available.- Standard business hours.#J-18808-Ljbffr
