Role:

We are seeking a Senior Sales Account Executive with a proven track record, capable of adapting to a rapidly evolving organization and with a structured approach to market penetration.

The ideal candidate is reliable, productive, self-motivated, and thrives in both independent and team settings. They are passionate about our products and mission, driven by customer needs, and possess a growth mindset. Critical thinking and questioning the status quo are essential traits.

Hiring is expected between Q4 2024 and Q1 2025.

Responsibilities:

* Identify and pursue new enterprise customers, leveraging LinkedIn, CRM, and contact lists to generate opportunities.
* Build and maintain deep, professional relationships with key client personnel to maximize account value.
* Engage prospects through strategic value-based selling, including ROI analysis and referencing.
* Achieve short-term results while maintaining a focus on long-term revenue growth.
* Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to ensure aligned messaging and strategies.
* Develop and execute account plans with strategic milestones for 1-3 years.
* Lead cross-functional teams to meet customer performance objectives.
* Understand customer environments and proactively assess needs.
* Structure mid-term objectives for pipeline development.
* Lead solution development to meet customer needs and build a strong pipeline.

Requirements:

* Minimum 8 years of relevant experience (references required).
* Strong SaaS/tech sales background with experience in complex sales cycles.
* Proven hunter mentality for acquiring new business.
* Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
* Bachelor's degree in relevant fields or equivalent experience.
* Proven success in B2B sales solutions.
* Experience leveraging technology vendors for project delivery.
* Systematic problem-solving approach with sustainable results.
* Ability to balance hunting and farming sales strategies.
* Proactive, collaborative, and able to align solutions with business needs.
* Excellent communication skills across organizational levels.
* Strong teamwork, networking, and collaboration skills.
* Agile mindset suited for startup environments.
* Adaptability to fast-changing schedules and priorities.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Attention to detail and accuracy.
* Motivated, committed, and passionate about startup culture.
* Proficiency with modern tech and CRM tools (e.g., Slack, Google Suite, Hubspot).
