When a customer walks through our doors, we want them to be wowed – and that’s down to you and your team. As a Clarks Store Manager, you’ll be at the very heart of our business, championing a much-loved brand.
The role
* You’ll be at the forefront of the Clarks business, leading a team in our store. You’ll create a lively, friendly atmosphere, where everyone feels welcome and you’ll be a great manager and brand ambassador who inspires teams to achieve.
* Lead people through the full service cycle, from greeting customers to closing a sale and ensuring a great customer experience.
* Manage business performance elements including tracking P&L, planning trading events, minimizing costs and delivering KPIs.
About you
* An experienced retail manager with a track record of commercial success.
* An inspiring leader with strong communication skills who can get the best out of people.
* Experience in Fashion or Footwear is welcome but not essential; the priority is the ability to lead teams, promote brands and establish outstanding customer service.
* Organised and adaptable to challenges, with the capability to meet targets, manage P&L and handle day-to-day operations.
