Responsibilities:
* Achieve sales targets and ensure flawless in-store execution, focusing on customer relationship management, promotional planning, and coordination of field activities.
* Collaborate with the Key Account Manager responsible for central negotiations and distribution centers to ensure alignment.
* Manage and monitor a portfolio of retail stores, ensuring regular visits and strong in-store presence.
* Implement annual customer plans to develop category potential and maximize commercial opportunities.
* Build relationships with store managers; coordinate promotional calendars, secure orders, and define product assortment and promotional space.
* Oversee in-store execution, including assortment checks, promotional island setups, and compliance with display standards.
* Track sales performance, market trends, and promotional results to identify growth opportunities.
* Prepare sales reports and support forecasting and promotional analysis.
* Coordinate with distribution centers and wholesalers for product availability and order fulfilment.
* Travel within the assigned territory (Lombardia, Piemonte, Liguria) for client visits.
Qualifications:
* University degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
* 1–3 years of sales experience as Sell Out Specialist or Jr KAM.
* Understanding of retail dynamics and promotional mechanics.
* Good analytical skills; proficient in Excel and data analysis.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills; relationship builder.
* Proactive, results-driven, hands-on approach.
* Availability to travel within the territory.
