Support Operations Manager
We are seeking a seasoned trader to lead and optimize our support team. As a Support Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of 15+ agents and assistants in providing exceptional customer support.
The ideal candidate has advanced knowledge of trading (Forex / CFDs / Crypto) and a strong understanding of prop firm structure (challenges, funding models, etc.). Experience using or managing MetaTrader (MT4 / MT5) platforms is also required.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and coach a support team of 15+ agents and assistants
* Review trader accounts and confirm challenge results accurately
* Investigate and resolve disputes, trading errors, or breaches
* Troubleshoot issues related to MetaTrader and internal platforms
* Prevent and respond to chargebacks, escalations, and critical support tickets
* Build and improve support processes and documentation
* Coordinate with tech team during downtimes, updates, or migrations
