The Sous Chef will support the Executive Chef in delivering exceptional food quality across all hotel outlets, driving innovation while maintaining operational excellence. The ideal candidate will be a team player with strong leadership skills, impeccable standards, and a deep commitment to luxury hospitality.\nKey Responsibilities\n\nAssist the Executive Chef in planning, organizing, and directing all kitchen operations.\nSupervise and motivate kitchen staff, ensuring a high level of performance and professionalism.\nMaintain exceptional standards for food preparation, presentation, and consistency.\nSupport menu development, incorporating seasonal and locally sourced ingredients.\nMonitor kitchen costs, control food waste, and optimize profitability.\nEnsure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations (HACCP or equivalent).\nCollaborate with F& B management to deliver seamless guest experiences across all dining venues.\nTrain and develop junior kitchen team members.\nStep in for the Executive Chef when required and effectively manage kitchen operations during service. Qualifications\n\nProven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in luxury hotels, fine-dining restaurants, or Michelin-starred kitchens.\nCulinary degree or equivalent professional qualification preferred.\nStrong leadership and team management skills.\nExcellent understanding of contemporary cuisine and global culinary trends.\nAbility to perform in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.\nFluency in Italian and English\nExceptional organizational and communication skills.
