Edograf Helpfly Intl Group, an international leader in airline representation and aviation services since 1994, is expanding its operations in Italy and is pleased to announce the opening of a new office at Venice Marco Polo Airport (VCE).
We are currently seeking motivated and dynamic individuals to join our growing team.
Position:
Airport Ticketing Agent & Flight Supervision Staff
(Comprehensive training will be provided by our experienced team)
This position plays a key role in ensuring high-quality customer service, smooth flight operations, and efficient coordination with airline partners and airport authorities. Selected candidates will represent our company and the airlines we manage, contributing to a professional and welcoming airport environment.

Full-time employment
Shift-based schedule, including weekends and holidays (standard in the aviation sector)

Venice Marco Polo Airport – Tessera (VCE)
New dedicated office within the terminal area.
Main Responsibilities
Providing high-quality customer service at the airport ticketing desk
Issuing, modifying, and refunding airline tickets
Supporting passengers with travel information and requests
Assisting with flight operations and supervision
Coordinating with ground handlers, crew members, and airport authorities
Monitoring flight status, documentation, and airline procedures
Ensuring smooth and timely aircraft turnaround operations
Representing Edograf Helpfly Intl Group and partner airlines professionally at all times
Main Requirements
Good command of the English language (spoken and written)
Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility, punctuality, and a positive attitude
Teamwork mindset and sense of responsibility
Good problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Willingness to learn and grow within the aviation industry
Preferred Qualifications (Not Mandatory)
