P bSocial network you want to login/join with: /b /p pcol-narrow-left /p h3Client: /h3 pSIMPLEX Recruitment /p h3Location: /h3 h3Job Category: /h3 pOther /p p- /p h3EU work permit required: /h3 pYes /p pcol-narrow-right /p h3Job Reference: /h3 p8780467162386006016337125 /p h3Job Views: /h3 p2 /p h3Posted: /h3 p16.05.2025 /p h3Expiry Date: /h3 p30.06.2025 /p pcol-wide /p h3Job Description: /h3 pbObjectives: /b /p ul liResponsible for negotiating with previously defined customers and prospecting for new customers in Italy, in close collaboration with the company’s management. /li liActing as a Key Account Manager for assigned international clients. /li liDelivering offers / quotes to existing and prospective customers. /li liReporting to the Sales Director Europe. /li /ul pbMain Activities: /b /p ul liDefine the sales strategy of the company's various products to its customers. /li liCollect all necessary information for the preparation of sale contracts. /li liCommunicate with the technical team to propose the most suitable solution for a given customer. /li liSearching for new business opportunities, especially in relation to replacing Polyamide compounds. /li liNegotiate the best terms of sale in agreement with company’s management. /li liManage and record various customer’s rates. /li liIssue material sample and test requests for the laboratory. /li liBuild and nurture customer rapport in order to develop and maintain long-term relationships. /li liControl proper application of contracts and planned sales volumes with assigned customers. /li liIdentify, anticipate and manage customer risks, financial risks, delivery disruptions and changes in the customer's structure. /li liActing as an interface between customers and management, sales, RD, QHSE and finance. /li liAssists the technical and sales team for tests, complaints or disputes. /li liReport on individual sales activities, situation with customers and the progress of samples during exchanges with company’s management and during sales meetings. /li /ul pbYour profile: /b /p ul liKnowledge and effective use of various sales and negotiation techniques. /li liDetailed knowledge of company's technical possibilities and products’ advantages. /li liGood knowledge of the plastics industry and plastics processing, especially injection moulding with a proven track record of a successful account management. /li liAnalytical mindset with an ability to adjust to changing market conditions. /li liStrong decision-making skills, able to identify and mitigate potential problems with customers. /li liStrong interpersonal skills, allowing to effectively communicate internally and externally at different levels and with different departments. /li liExcellent time management and priority setting skills with a self-propelled attitude. /li liAbility to effectively use MS Office and ERP system. /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
