The Account Manager will be responsible for Integra's Neurosurgery product line and solely responsible for sales of these products within a defined territory. The primary responsibility will be to achieve or exceed defined territory sales revenue targets through strategic planning, relationship building, new account targeting, extensive product knowledge, and exceptional customer service. The Account Manager will call on multiple call points/specializations with 70% of time spent in the Operating Room. The Account Manager will work across Integra functional areas to ensure customer satisfaction and collaborate with their team to meet regional/corporate financial goals.


Responsibilities

1. Develop new business with customers and accounts previously not sold to.
2. Attain quarterly sales objectives as defined by regional manager and senior management.
3. Develop a formal business plan at the beginning of each fiscal year, followed by monthly and quarterly territory reports to achieve sales goals.
4. Support case coverage and inventory requests by working with peers when needed.
5. Collaborate with AE, NCC, Hydro Specialists.
6. Identify new business opportunities proactively.
7. Identify product improvement opportunities for sales, marketing, and product development teams.
8. Maintain high levels of technical, product, and disease state knowledge.
9. Provide consultative support in the OR environment based on specific product indications.
10. Operate within defined budgets and adhere to corporate policies and procedures.
11. Follow policies related to the Sunshine Act and other relevant regulations.
12. Coordinate with Quotes & Tenders department and Customer Service.
13. Perform sales administrative duties timely and as directed by management.


Qualifications / Experience & Interpersonal Skills

* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience; business or science-related degree preferred.
* Minimum two years of B2B sales experience or similar.
* Experience in surgical device or medical sales in the same region preferred.
* Tender management experience preferred.
* Fluent in Italian and English.
* Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
* Confidence in communicating with physicians and surgical personnel.
* Strong negotiation and selling skills.
* Interpersonal and political savvy within hospital settings.
