, driving regional strategy, and delivering sustainable growth through
strong execution.Responsibilities:Develop and manage a distributed team of
field sales professionalsDrive revenue performance through
strong pipeline oversight and clear KPIsCoach team members across the
full sales cycle, from lead generation to closingEstablish and
refine sales processes
, tools, and ways of workingSpend time in the field
supporting deals
, providing feedback, and improving executionRecruit, onboard, and
grow sales talent
in line with business expansionQualifications:5+ years of solid experience in direct sales, including
multiple years leading teamsBackground in sectors such as
fintech, payments, POS, or merchant servicesPractical,
hands-on leadership style
with a focus on resultsComfortable working with
data to manage pipeline health and forecastsNative-level
