The Role

Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the store’s overall performance, ensuring sales, service, and operational goals are met.
- Inspire and develop a close‑knit team to provide a seamless and personalised client experience.
- Maintain exceptional visual merchandising and uphold store presentation standards.
- Oversee all store operations including rostering, cash handling, stock control, and reporting.
- Demonstrate flexibility around peak and off‑peak trading periods.
