As a skilled professional, you’ll be ready to lead people through the full service cycle, including closing sales and ensuring a great customer experience. You should be familiar with tracking P&L, planning trading events, minimizing costs, and delivering KPIs. Ultimately, the customer experience you create will drive sales and success. About you You are an experienced retail manager with a proven track record of success. An inspiring leader with strong communication skills, you can motivate and get the best out of your team. Experience in Fashion or Footwear is a plus but not essential. More important is your ability to lead teams, promote brands, and deliver outstanding customer service. Organized, adaptable, and target-driven, you have the expertise to manage P&L, meet targets, and handle daily operations.
