Carry outmarket research and customer needs. /liliEfficiently establish and further develop a strong and diverse sales organization by demonstrating positive and inclusive leadership behavior. Attract and develop top talent who will further develop in our organization. /liliDevelop and run detailed regional penetration plans using account planning and segmentation processes by product line, industry segment, major accounts, account type and business opportunities, and by that ensure strong hit rate growth and sales efficiency. /liliEngage with the Emerson teams in the region to ensure maximum sales and cost synergies and best project execution. /liliOwn financial performance / metrics (. Forecasting, Budget, POR and SOP) for designated region /liliBuild and develop competent Sales and drive cooperation between Sales team, Application Engineering and Field Service organizations in Italy /liliCollaborate with all functions and departments as needed, Operations, Customer Service, Business Development, Solutions, and Marketing, etc. /li /ulh3Who You Are /h3pYou create a positive and motivating environment, while always keeping the end in sight and put in extra effort to meet targets.
