Onsite/Days M-F/8-5**Entity**Medical University Hospital Authority (MUHA)**Worker Type**Employee**Worker Sub-Type**Regular**Cost Center**CC FLO - Research Service Center - Florence**Pay Rate Type**Salary**Pay Grade**Health-23**Scheduled Weekly Hours**40**Work Shift****Job Description*** As a Research Program Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting and contributing to our innovative research programs* Assist with the planning and coordination of research projects and programs* Collaborate with research team members to develop project timelines and goals* Conduct literature reviews and gather relevant research materials* Help maintain accurate and up-to-date records of research data* Assist with data entry and analysis using appropriate software and tools* Support the preparation and submission of research proposals and grant applications* Coordinate and schedule meetings, presentations, and events related to research programs* Collaborate with other departments and external partners to facilitate research collaborations* Maintain and organize research equipment and supplies* Ensure compliance with ethical and safety standards in research protocols* Communicate with study participants and assist with recruitment and informed consent processes* Assist with the preparation of research reports and presentations* Attend and participate in research team meetings and provide updates on project progress* Stay updated on current developments and advancements in the field of research**Schedule (Onsite):** M-F/8-5**Education:** High School Diploma or equivalent required with bachelor's degree preferred**Experience:** One year work experience; or high school diploma (or equivalent) and 2 to 4 years' work experience.:**Additional Job Description****MUSC Health Florence Medical Center** is a leading regional acute care facility comprised of 396 patient beds and more than 1,500 employees and nearly 300 physicians representing all major specialties.
