Job Summary In coordination with the Chief Commercial Officer, the OPS team, and the Country Manager, you will support the development and implementation of the commercial strategy and practices across PV, EE, BESS. You will develop opportunities, manage proposals, and play a key role in winning projects while ensuring appropriate contractual terms and financial returns. You will be part of the commercial team, and regular travel within Italy is expected due to the national scope of this role. Main Responsibilities Identify new business opportunities Maintain an adequate opportunity pipeline to meet quarterly objectives Support the commercial team in developing strategic partnerships and market channels Contribute to the yearly sales planning process Ensure productivity levels within group reference KPIs Participate in branding development and target marketing efforts toward ideal customers Embrace new technology and working methods as they develop Qualifications and Skills Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Mechanical, Electrical, or Energy Engineering, or Economics as an alternative 5 years of professional experience in commercial teams within a decentralized energy company Basic knowledge of business plans, project finance, and familiarity with long-term contracts Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to identify customer needs Proven competence in managing multiple clients and projects simultaneously Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to synthesize information effectively Availability to travel within the country and abroad Proficiency in Italian (first language or equivalent) Proficiency in English Competence in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint tools J-18808-Ljbffr
