**Role purpose**:
As e-commerce expert you will be responsible for managing the development of the online store and are also tasked with coming up with new marketing strategies based on the review of business analytics.
**Key accountabilities and decision ownership**:
- Identify opportunities for further sales growth or cost reductions: evaluate performance of ecommerce activities and develop valuable insights based on deep-dive analyses;
- Communicate with business stakeholders about agile processes to set and manage expectations about budget, delivery, and timelines;
- Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless online experience and auditing needs;
- Monitoring and analysis of competitor’s and best-in-class benchmarks ecommerce activities & performance;
- Help to define the commercial and promotional plan in order to achieve the sales forecast and target.
**Core competencies, knowledge and experience**:
- Good understanding of sales, conversion-rate optimization and lead generation based on hands-on experience ;
- e-Commerce expertise both in terms of sales and technical development;
- At best job experience from start-ups or similar, dynamic digital environment in agile work mode;
- Strong team member skills, demonstrated in analytical, innovative or digital environments;
- Ability to work in complex environments with multiple stakeholders ;
**Must have technical / professional qualifications**:
+3 years of experience working in digital performance marketing and ecommerce, with experience in collaborating with marketing channels towards impact and agile way of working.
