Role Purpose : The Winback Product Manager will be responsible for designing and implementing activities targeted to increase the mobile consumer acquisitions, working closely with relevant stakeholders across Vodafone Italy and within the marketing tribe. In particular, she/he will define tactical initiatives to achieve the MNP balance goals. Responsibilities : Understand customer insights and market trends to develop more relevant products/services for the target segment Design and launch new ideas/commercial propositions for new customers acquisition Work closely with the Digital team and the Sales team to deliver successful Go To Market and Go To Sale plans Monitors results and relevant KPIs of every initiative and adjusts them accordingly Provide to the TOP Management forecast and highlights for mobile consumer acquisitions with focus on Winback Offer Key Skills and Experience : Strong analytical capability with problem solving skills and commercial background Strong negotiation skills with both internal and external parties Able to demonstrate strong commercial acumen and bold business understanding Highly energetic, with a 'can-do’ attitude and courageous lateral thinking Excellent communication skills and ability to co-ordinate and work with different functions Well organized with attention to details. Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently Education & Experience : Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Economics or Engineering; Minimum 3 years of work experience; Fluent written and spoken English.
