An exciting opportunity has arisen to contribute to the HQ product management team at Haier Europe. The Company is on a journey to achieve ambitious business growth and leadership objectives in the region, and we need someone who is passionate, proactive, self-driven and motivated to join a team of open-minded individuals.

What you will do
You will actively contribute to the development of our new Service digital ecosystem, supporting initiatives across e-commerce, marketplaces, digital traffic acquisition and content creation, with a strong focus on enhancing the after-sales customer experience across Europe. In particular:
• Web & digital presence: support the development and optimisation of our Service web section across European markets, ensuring content is always accurate, compelling and on-brand.
• Content creation: collaborate with creative agencies to produce BTL materials, product visuals and consumer-facing after-sales content across all digital touchpoints.
• E-commerce & marketplaces: contribute to assortment management, visibility strategies and performance tracking on D2C, Amazon and other marketplaces — identifying Hero products and Best-sellers to push through ADV campaigns.
• Traffic & SEO/SEA: assist in digital traffic analysis and acquisition strategies, with hands-on experience on performance tracking tools and search optimisation.
• Stakeholder collaboration: act as a connector between international colleagues, Service managers and external partners in a fast-moving cross-functional setup.
• Market & competitive analysis: monitor digital performance and competitive positioning to surface actionable insights that inform our strategy.
What you need to succeed
* Student or neo graduate in Business, Digital Marketing or similar field.
* Proficiency in English and Italian is a must have. Knowledge of Chinese will be considered a plus
We offer an initial 6 months paid internship.
