The Consumer Marketing team is part of the International Consumer Services Group and is responsible for making membership essential by creating and delivering world class marketing for our differentiated products and services that drives demand and inspires engaged card members across the customer lifecycle. How will you make an impact in this role? This role will suit someone who enjoys a diverse, fast-paced, and results-driven environment and has experience in executing campaigns and marketing activity. The role offers broad scope, requiring both strategic thinking and marketing expertise to support multiple products and target segments. As a Consumer Lending Product Marketing Executive within the Italy Marketing Team here is some of what you will be doing: - Coordinate the development of new products and functionalities in collaboration with the broader Consumer team; - Oversee product management processes, gathering and analyzing portfolio performance data; - Continuously monitor the competitive landscape, as well as macro-economic data; - Ensure adherence to applicable regulatory requirements through ongoing monitoring and controls, and promote regulatory awareness across relevant teams and functions; - Develop and deploy pragmatic implementation strategies to drive innovation and speed-to-market with focus on customer satisfaction and healthy portfolio growth; - Conduct research and analysis to provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations that address business challenges and support the achievement of business KPIs; - Coordinate with various internal teams to ensure effective fulfillment of business processes (Sales, Compliance, Legal, Controllership, among others); Minimum Qualifications: - University degree or equivalent professional experience - Strong analytical skills, financial acumen and attention to quality and details; - Between 3 and 7 years’ experience in Marketing, preferably in Payment Industry; - Strong team player with a flexible mindset ability and consistently positive attitude, even when priorities change evolve rapidly; - Self-starter with demonstrated ability to drive results independently while managing multiple projects; - Customer focused with the ability to build effective internal and external relationships; - Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal); - Excellent PC skills (Excel, Power Point, Word); We back you with benefits that support your holistic well-being so you can be and deliver your best.
