Commercial Manager Store
About this role:
This is a unique opportunity to work as a Commercial Manager in one of our stores. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for driving sales and managing the store's performance.
Main responsibilities:
* Team Management:
o You will lead your team to achieve sales targets.
o Collaborate with the Network Recruitment Manager and Regional Director to recruit new team members.
o Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills.
o Organize schedules to ensure optimal store performance.
* Store Animation and Commercial Management:
o Develop and implement strategies to increase store turnover.
o Ensure exceptional customer service to build loyalty and drive sales.
o Manage stock levels and anticipate restocking needs to meet customer demands.
* Merchandising:
o Maintain store appearance and adhere to merchandising guidelines.
o Lay out sales areas to maximize visual appeal and sales opportunities.
o Participate in sales-related tasks such as inventory management and labeling.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should have:
* A commercial background or equivalent experience.
* Demonstrated leadership skills and a strong focus on results.
* An ability to motivate and inspire your team.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Knowledge of foreign languages is an asset, with English being a minimum requirement.
