HR Business Partner Supply Chain (Full-time, Permanent, EMEA)
Job Purpose
Are you a seasoned HR leader ready to make a tangible impact? As the HR Business Partner for Amcor’s Supply Chain function, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and elevating the people agenda across a multi-country supply chain network indirectly impacting more than 64 plants in 20 countries with varying levels of maturity.
You will be part of a dedicated HR team, reporting directly to the HR Director EMEA, and partner closely with senior business leaders including Supply Chain Directors, VP Supply Chain, Central Operations HR team, Plant General Managers, and HR Managers. This role offers a unique opportunity to bring your experience from mature, high-performing supply chain environments and harmonize practices, build capability, and implement best-in-class HR solutions across a diverse and growing network.
Principal Accountabilities
Strategic HR Partnership – Act as a trusted advisor to Supply Chain leadership, shaping and implementing people strategies that align with business priorities, influencing decisions, providing insights, and championing HR initiatives.
Supply Chain Capability & Talent Development – Lead the design and delivery of talent management programs, performance management, succession planning, and development initiatives to strengthen leadership and team capability across the network.
Change & Engagement Leadership – Drive engagement, support transformation initiatives, harmonize HR practices across plants, and foster a collaborative, high-performing culture.
HR Operations & Project Management – Oversee HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, HR policies, and systems (SuccessFactors, PeopleLink/Workday). Manage key HR projects that improve efficiency, compliance, and workforce planning.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields.
Proven HR leadership in mature supply chain environments from FMCG corporations.
Experience in matrix, international organisations with strong HR business partnering, talent, and capability development.
Hands‑on experience with HR systems (SuccessFactors, Workday, PeopleLink) and a strong data-driven mindset.
Skilled in change management with a passion for driving transformation and engagement.
Fluent in English; additional languages a plus. xjrgpwk
