Your main responsibilities will be : Developing and executing strategic and commercial plans across all assigned accounts in the territories for the product portfolio to maximize opportunities. Managing commercial negotiations and contracts with the headquarters team. Implementing the strategy in assigned accounts by engaging external stakeholders effectively and in compliance with the Farmindustria code. Mapping and identifying strategic new Key Accounts for existing and new products. Carrying out activities according to company policies, guidelines, and applicable pharmaceutical legislation (Pharmaceutical Industry Code of Good Practice – Farmaindustria). Increasing global awareness of Grindeks Kalceks brands within selected accounts. Monitoring competitors' activities to safeguard and promote GKI's market position. Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of activities via CRM reporting. We expect you to have : University degree or professional training in a relevant field (e.g., medicine, natural sciences, pharmacy, business administration/economics). Preferably 10-15 years of seniority in the generics products sector within retail sales channels. Ability to build long-term customer relationships and networks with wholesalers/pharmacies, especially with GX products. Excellent learning skills and a desire to join a dynamic, fast-growing company. Proven successful sales track record. Experience using MS Office and CRM systems.
