We're partnering with a global technology vendor operating at the heart of the MSP and service provider ecosystem. The business provides a suite of solutions across backup, infrastructure, endpoint, and security, enabling partners to manage, protect, and support their customers at scale. Well‐established, profitable, and continuing to grow across EMEA with a strong partner‐led go‐to‐market.
Opportunity
This is a senior pre‐sales position working closely with Account Managers and partners to drive technical wins across Italy. You will play a key role in partner‐led sales cycles, helping MSPs and service providers position solutions into their customer base.
Responsibilities
Own the technical sales cycle across Italy
Support both direct and partner‐led opportunities
Drive technical validation, solution design, and deal progression
Act as a trusted advisor to partners and end customers
Serve as a technical closer, enabler, and problem solver
What You'll Actually Be Doing
Work closely with MSPs and partners to support pipeline generation and deal execution
Lead technical discovery, demos, and workshops
Support partner‐led sales cycles across mid‐market and enterprise customers
Run proof of concepts and technical evaluations
Help partners position solutions into their customer base
Support RFPs and complex deal cycles
Act as the technical voice within key opportunities
Collaborate internally across sales, product, and engineering
