The Role
We are looking for a Marketing Manager at our Milano Office to support our business growth in the Italian market. This is a versatile role combining marketing, event management, partner engagement, and business coordination within a dynamic international environment.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute local marketing initiatives to strengthen brand awareness and support business growth in Italy.
Organize and manage exhibitions, industry events, partner activities, and marketing campaigns.
Work closely with sales teams, channel partners, and headquarters to support market development and lead generation activities.
Coordinate local marketing communications, promotional materials, and market-facing activities.
Support local business operations and cross-functional coordination to ensure the smooth execution of marketing initiatives and business priorities.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in marketing, brand management, event management, or a related role.
Experience managing marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and partner-facing activities.
Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.
Fluent in Italian and English, Mandarin Chinese is highly preferred
Experience in B2B technology, security, AIoT, electronics, or related industries is an advantage. xlwpduy
