Lancenigo, Italy ADHR Group, a Treviso branch, is seeking candidates for a position in the mechanical engineering sector: Main Responsibilities: Support in managing orders, shipments, and customer relations; Data entry and updates in management systems; Onboarding new clients in the system, preparing offers, drafting reports, and handling orders and delivery notes (DDT); Communication with clients and suppliers, including in English; Managing documents and administrative procedures; Collaborating with other departments to coordinate company activities; Providing support for commercial activities. Requirements: Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken) and German; Diploma or degree in economics/administration (or equivalent); Good proficiency with main IT tools (e.g., Office suite, ERP systems); Organizational skills and precision in task management; Ability to multitask and problem-solve; Teamwork attitude and good communication skills.
