Then Falkensteiner Hotels Residences is the right place for you! /p pWe look forward to welcoming you to our team at Falkensteiner Resort Capo Boi as: /p h3SENIOR HOTEL MARKETING MANAGER (m/f/d) /h3 h3Main tasks /h3 ul liCreation and implementation of the hotel marketing plan (including preopening activities) managing the hotel marketing budget; /li liCreate, maintain and update the Hotel website page with new contents, and events in coordination with the Headquarter Marketing Team; /li liResponsible of the day-by-day content supervision (web site and portals); /li liSupport the creation of hotel packages in collaboration with the General Manager and the Headquarter Marketing Team; /li liDevelop relations with local partners in order to create and roll out effective local marketing actions to push the Restaurant, Lounge Bar and Spa sales (when open to public); /li liDevelop relations to get most of the local attractions and activities such as Golf Clubs, cultural excursions, sports activities, destination highlights. /li liMaintain relations with local media partners in order to communicate events and hotel activities; /li liCreation of in-house communication material in order to push Restaurant, Lounge Bar and Spa additional sales among the hotel guests, including concierge tool; /li liResponsible for hotel shooting (video, content, institutional) in coordination with Headquarter Marketing Team; /li liSupervision of the hotel social media accounts (managed by a Social Media Manager). /li liSupport organization of internal events just like group press and influencer trips, press events, bloggers and journalists individual trips; /li /ul h3Requirements and qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Public Relations /li li10+ years of professional experience in the field of marketing, preferably also in the hospitality industry /li liStrength in project management and predisposition towards data analysis /li liGood knowledge of the Italian media landscape and professional connections /li liAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, knowledge of Adobe Photoshop a plus /li liStrong communication skills, ability to inspire and influence /li liCreative and innovative spirit with attention to detail /li liAbility to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment /li liPerfect Italian and very good English, German language and other languages are a plus /li liPlace of work: Falkensteiner Resort Capo Boi – Villasimius /li /ul h3What we offer /h3 ul liOffice in a 5 star resort in Villasimius /li liAll-inclusive onboarding at the start of work for a good start /li liCareer and development opportunities in a growing hotel group /li liOpportunities to help shape a dynamic working environment /li liDiverse training and further education opportunities in our own Falkensteiner Academy and our own management academy /li liEnjoy your vacation in the best hotels with us at attractive conditions /li /ul h3Working Hours /h3 p(40 hours per week) generally Monday to Friday, flexibility requested.
