About The Role
We currently have an opportunity for a Commis De Rang at Stilla Bar to join our iconic hotel, Four Seasons Milano in Italy!
What You Will Do
*
* Assist the Demi Chef de Rang, Chef de Rang and Bartender
* Clear china, glass, and silver and attend to guest needs and requests
* Clean back office
* Be highly visible in the operation
* Provide an expert service experience
* Clear and reset tables according to standards
* Respect hygiene standards applied in the Bar as per HACCP system
What You Bring

* Special talent and passion for ensuring highest standards consistently and ensuring exceptional service and attention to our guests
* Food service experience in luxury hotels and/or stand‑alone bar, restaurants or bar groups
* International experience is an asset
* Attention to detail
* Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building skills
* Ability to multi‑task with excellent organizational skills
* Team player and brings personal touch and energy to guest experiences
* Shares passion for excellence and delights in curating special experiences and memories for our guests

Schedule & Hours
This position is based at the Four Seasons Milan and will be offered on a fixed‑term contract. The job includes a flexible schedule with the ability to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays. xjrgpwk Applicants must possess the legal right to work in Italy and have fluency in English and Italian.
