Our advisory services in Corporate Finance, Structured Finance and M&A provide companies with the tools they need to make informed decisions and achieve their strategic goals. To strengthen our M&A business unit and, in particular to further develop the DACH market, we are looking for a:
Junior Business Developer - M&A (German speaker) MILAN
What will you do?
As part of the team, you will support experienced professionals in:
developing and managing the M&A opportunity pipeline (buy-side/sell-side);
actively participating in industry fairs and events to generate new prospects;
interacting directly with key decision-makers in acquisition and strategic partnership projects;
strengthening EpyonVivida’s international positioning – particularly in the DACH region – and expanding the network;
collaborating with the Execution Team across all stages of the M&A process, up to Closing.
Who are we looking for?
Degree in Economics or Marketing with approximately 1 year of experience in M&A, consulting or B2B sales roles;
excellent command of German (native/professional level) and English, and willingness to travel;
strong interest in M&A and business development activities;
high level of accuracy and attention to detail;
good organisational skills and ability to manage priorities;
excellent communication and interpersonal skills, combined with proactivity and a results-oriented mindset.
