Please submit your CV in English. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliContinuously establish and develop business relationships with new and existing customers, expanding sales coverage of the company in Italy and European countries and providing strong service to the new and existing accounts. /liliContribute to the design, development and implementation of the company's sales plan in Spain and European countries. /liliProactively find new accounts to develop additional business in the region. /liliIdentify and develop key accounts in the Italy and European countries markets. Negotiate and follow up contracts. /liliManage entire selling process from forecasting to actual product delivery and payment collection for all the key accounts, staying in close contact both with customers and the company's related internal departments. /liliCommunicate with customers on issues related to their upcoming projects. /liliCoordinate with Back Office to ensure availability and timely delivery of tracker solutions, and advise customers of delivery status. /liliMaintain close relationship and communication with existing key accounts to understand their needs regarding technical, financial, logistic and marketing support, and organize internal resources to meet those needs and identify new business opportunities. /liliAnalyze and monitor account customer data, and develop reports on a regular basis based on customer information and development trends. /liliEnsure effective reporting of all activities under the managed accounts to the sales director on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly basis. /liliRepresent the company in local and national exhibitions and conferences. /liliStay up-to-date with market information, including competitors and customers benchmarking and technical and financial market requirements. /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliMinimum 5 years previous experience within a similar role in an international PV sector. /liliBachelor's or Master's in Civil, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration. /liliStrong interpersonal skills, able to influence peers. /liliProactive self-starter and problem solver. /liliStrong negotiation and communication skills. /liliInnovative, dynamic and thrives under an ever-changing market. /liliSelf-motivated and able to effectively manage one's time. /liliQuick thinker, proactive. /liliPassionate about the industry and able to promote this passion in a professional manner regardless of the level of the clients he/she addresses. /liliFlexible to travel. /li /ulh3Languages /h3pNatives languages skills in English, Italian or other languages a benefit. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
