The person, reporting to the relevant Sales Manager, will have the following responsibilities:ulliManagement of the assigned customer portfolio in order to achieve sales objectives in accordance with the commercial strategy. /liliLocal negotiations and application of commercial agreements on the reference perimeter /liliManagement of the allocated budget /liliTeamwork with sell in and sell out teams. /liliGreat organizational ability, flexibility in managing work priorities and passion in achieving results are required. /liliProactivity and spirit of initiative complete the picture of the profile. /li /ulbKEY RESPONSIBILITIES /bulliDevelopment of sales within the relevant customer perimeter, for the purpose of achieving the main KPIs and company objectives /liliEffective management of commercial relationships /liliPunctual and precise management of the assigned budget /liliManagement and maximization of assortment and promotional levers /liliConstant monitoring of customer performances and definition of corrective actions if necessary /liliResponsibility for managing second level local agreements. /li /ulbEXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING /bulliPrevious professional experience of at least 6 years /liliDegree in Economics or similar /liliStrong work orientation towards objectives and ability to listen to the customer /liliNegotiating skills /li /ulbPREFERRED EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS /bulliAbility to find alternative and unconventional ways to achieve results /liliTeam spirit /liliAdvanced knowledge of the main IT tools and the Office package /liliAnalytical and proactive skills /liliStrong organizational skills /liliNational and international mobility /liliKnowledge of English /liliHaving also held roles within Trade/Customer marketing divisions in the past is a preferential qualification /liliMaximum focus on achieving the quarterly/semi-annual/annual sales objectives assigned both at a personal and team level /liliAttitude for high level performance /liliEntrepreneurial spirit /li /ulbJOB REQUIREMENTS /bulliAvailability to travel by car /liliFull Time: 36 Hours per week (8 Hours from Monday to Thursday, 4 Hours Friday) /liliOffice work environment: /li /ulbYou need to be legally eligible to work in the country of application. /bpbInclusion Diversity /b /ppWe’re a global business, with people from every culture, ethnicity, race, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, and ability.
