Job Description
You will be responsible for building, managing, and growing relationships with top restaurant partners, acting as a trusted consultant to drive their success. You'll use data-driven insights, industry knowledge, and cross-functional collaboration with other teams to optimize partnerships and maximize business impact.
Please note that this job opportunity is Florence office based.
THE JOURNEY Have full ownership of the business in Florence, managing a 360o portfolio of Top Partners in Florence
Build and nurture strong, trust-based relationships with Top Partners, becoming their go-to person for strategic growth
Understand your Partners' objectives and challenges to offer insightful, data-backed advice that delivers tangible results.
Leverage data-driven insights to impact growth and profitability for both Partners and Glovo
Define and execute the long-term strategy for the city across Growth, Promotions, Advertising and Operations, ensuring sustainable business performance
Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Marketing, Corporate and Customer Service teams to design and implement tailored solutions that address Partners' needs.
Be informed, get involved and make things happen — always with a doer attitude and a bias for action.
