As Sales Manager Online you need to be passionate, proactive, self-driven and motivated to join a team of open-minded individuals. You will be responsible for managing strategic costumer accounts at a national level, maximizing all opportunities for sales within the accounts.The person will be in charge of the following activities:* Manage key customers within online sales scope focusing on Pure player (Amazon) and Click and mortar channels;* Coordinate and manage a team of three key account managers;* Definition of annual budget and commercial agreements;* High interaction with marketing and operations to ensure end to end processes;* Set promo plan for managed accounts;* Define together with marketing advertising strategy;* Monitoring incoming orders and ensuring these are fulfilled effectively;* Holding regular monthly meetings with internal stakeholders about key accounts;* Taking a proactive approach to account management;* Arranging meetings with all relevant decision makers within the customer.**What you need to succeed****Must have***Education:*Bachelor’s degree in Economics or related field*Professional Experience:*4–5 years of experience in Online market preferrable Consumer Electronics, SDA or MDA Market*Technical Skills:* Online market knowledge with focus on Amazon*Soft Skills:** Proactive and collaborative attitude, with the ability to lead cross-functional activities* Entrepreneurship skills towards target achievements and problem solving* Team working*Languages:* Fluent in English and Italian**#LI-MV1**Haier Europe is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
