From one-click trading to smart automation and deep on-chain liquidity, Aster is rethinking how DeFi should work — simple, efficient, and built for users.The RoleAster is seeking a highly driven Business Development Manager to expand our presence in the global market.
This role focuses on building and managing institutional relationships, driving trading volume, and forming strategic partnerships with top-tier funds, market makers, and trading firms across the crypto ecosystem.Key ResponsibilitiesInstitutional Partnerships: Identify, evaluate, and close partnerships with VCs, market makers, hedge funds, quant firms, and strategic partners to enhance liquidity and expand institutional adoptionBusiness Expansion: Lead Aster's institutional growth strategy in the EU/EMEA, bringing in meaningful volume through both new and existing relationshipsDeal Execution: Manage the full partnership lifecycle — from sourcing, negotiation, and onboarding to long-term relationship management and retentionCross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to align institutional BD efforts with product roadmap, campaign initiatives, and exchange performance goalsBrand Representation: Represent Aster at crypto conferences, investor roundtables, and institutional meetups to promote brand visibility and strengthen industry tiesRequirementsStrong network across VCs, market makers, funds, quant firms, and institutional trading partners2+ years of proven experience in xrdztoy business development, partnerships, or institutional sales within CEX/DEX, prime brokerage, hedge fund, or market maker environmentsDemonstrated track record in closing high-value institutional deals and delivering measurable trading volumeExcellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skillsHighly results-driven and fast executor, capable of sourcing and converting leads independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environmentDeep understanding of crypto market structure, perpetual DEX models, and institutional trading dynamics#J-18808-Ljbffr
