PpOn behalf of our client, an international manufacturing company operating in the specialty chemicals sector, we are looking for an /p h3EHS ENGINEER /h3 h3Purpose of the Role /h3 pThe EHS Engineer supports the development and continuous improvement of Environmental, Health and Safety programs across the site. Reporting to the Supply Chain Director Italy and working closely with HSE and Engineering teams, the role combines hands‑on project execution with the implementation of initiatives that ensure regulatory compliance, risk reduction and a strong safety culture throughout the facility. /p h3Duties and Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead and support EHS projects, ensuring timely execution and regulatory compliance /li liConduct risk assessments, inspections and internal audits, identifying and mitigating safety and environmental risks /li liProvide technical guidance on EHS matters to engineering and operations teams /li liDevelop and deliver EHS training, promoting a strong safety culture /li liSupport incident investigations, root‑cause analysis and corrective action plans /li liContribute to the development, review and improvement of EHS procedures and SOPs /li liMaintain accurate EHS documentation and collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure alignment on safety priorities /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liMaster s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science or related discipline /li li5-7 years experience in EHS roles within chemical manufacturing environments - preferably under Seveso III (Directive 2012 / 18 / EU) /li liIn‑depth knowledge of EHS regulations, standards and best practices /li liFamiliarity with incident investigation methodologies and root‑cause analysis and experience in SOP development and implementation will be considered ad a plus /li liStrong project management, organizational and analytical skills /li liEffective communicator with the ability to train, influence and collaborate across teams /li liSolid problem‑solving capabilities and a proactive, hands‑on approach /li liFluent in English and Italian. /li /ul h3Location /h3 pBased in the East Piedmont /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
