Sales Representative – Enterprise (New Business)

With full scope to sell across ADP's Payroll and HR solutions, this role also provides the infrastructure, presence and brand for sales professionals to have true, global conversations with organisations. You will work with your sales leadership team to define your individual account base strategy, focusing on Enterprise level New Business Accounts based in Rome, Italy.
Create, develop and maintain effective business relationships with external clients and internal stakeholders.
Managing the sales cycle with senior decision makers, usually in Finance, HR/Payroll or IT service areas.
Identifying prospective clients / sales opportunities within your market segment and successfully sell the concept of outsourcing.
To research, qualify and scope all new business and revenue opportunities in line with ADP’s strategic plan.
Identify and harness additional sales opportunities, while promoting ADP’s products and service offerings, through attendance at industry networking functions.
To be a self-starter/motivator who will consistently achieve and exceed sales results and KPIs.
Delivery of accurate sales forecast and activity reports.
Recording and management of all prospect / client contact and sales related intellectual property within the specified Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool SalesForce.com.
Minimum of 5 - 7 years sales experience solution selling within the HCM, Payroll Industry and SAAS.
Proven track record of identifying, hunting and closing new business.
High level of integrity and business ethics.
A structured approach, to generate and manage net new business opportunities (Challenger, MEDDPICC etc.)
Skilled in effective use of CRM
