They will be joining a team reporting directly to the Sales Manager. /p h3What will you be doing at Arrow? /h3 ul liBuilding, maintaining, and developing strategic relationships with customers, suppliers and Arrow partners. /li liFocusing on technical needs of complex, emerging, or underpenetrated prospects. /li liCreating new opportunities and product selection within the accounts and creating demand activity using technical resources as needed. /li liUtilizing distribution and supplier knowledge to grow market share and sales. /li liUnderstanding of customers’ needs and how to translate them to Arrow requirements or opportunities. /li liAttending supplier training events to keep up to date on product line. /li liWorking within an assigned customer base to grow and develop the business, expanding market share and maximizing Arrow’s share of customer spend. /li /ul h3What are we looking for? /h3 ul li5+ years of related experience in the Electronics industry.
