RAUMEDIC develops solutions for life with around 1,300 employees. In order to improve the diagnosis and treatment of diseases, we focus on high quality polymer systems and components (injection molded parts and tubings) for medical and pharma fluid handling applications.
For our Southern European Team, we are looking for a Sales Manager (m/f/d) home office based in Italy (Sales Office is in Monza).
Your tasks
* Acquisition & Development of new and existing medical technology and pharma customers and assigned Accounts in Southern Europe- mainly in Italy and Spain
* Lead and coordinate all activities from first contact with customers, offer generation until serial production managing all aspects like pricing, supply contracts and agreements with key customers
* Expand new customer contacts network and strengthen existing relationships to build a solid account network.
* Negotiate contracts and prices
* Gather market information and monitor competitors to find new opportunities and business and product ideas
* Develop and implement customer development strategies and action plans to acquire new customers and increase existing customers
Your profile
* Commercial or technical background (preferably in plastics processing) with experience in the medical technology plastics or pharma fluid handling field
* Fluent in English is a must - German or Spanish a plus
* Strong customer focus with good selling skills, a strong attitude to win projects
* Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
* Willingness to travel – by car and plane (Spain, visits to HQ in Germany)
* Ability to work alone and independently
* Mastery of standard MS office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* Additional asset: proficiency in SAP and SAP CRM/CX Systems
