Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships to ensure mutual growth and contract compliance. /li liManagerial Support: Actively support the International Sales Manager in executing global sales strategies, coordinating international accounts, and organizing daily sales operations. /li liBusiness Development: Proactively identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities, prospective partners, and untapped international markets to expand the company's global footprint. /li liSales Target Achievement: Collaborate with partners to set and monitor sales targets, ensuring revenue goals and KPIs are consistently met or exceeded within the assigned territories. /li liMarket Research Analysis: Monitor international market trends, competitor activities, and local consumer behavior to provide actionable insights to the management team. /li liReporting: Prepare accurate and timely sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates using the company's CRM system. /li liCross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing, Supply Chain, and Customer Service departments to ensure smooth product delivery, successful marketing campaigns, sales meeting’s organization and high partner satisfaction. /li /ul h3Key Requirements /h3 ul liEducational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field. /li liPrevious Experience: B2B sales, international business, or account management. Specifically managing distributors, wholesale networks, or licensing agreements is highly preferred. /li liLanguage Skills: Fluent in English (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
