About The Position
This role, under the supervision of, and reporting to, the Marketing Manager, will be responsible for adapting and executing the central marketing strategy according to the needs of the country. This includes managing digital channels, supporting events organization and related communication. This role is crucial in an environment where the product brand cannot be promoted directly.
Key Responsibilities Include
Strategy Adaptation and Execution:
* Adapt and modify central marketing strategy to align with local needs and regulations.
* Develop and implement digital marketing plans that drive corporate brand awareness and perception.
Digital Channel Management
* Manage and oversee social media accounts, ensuring an active and consistent presence.
* Create and curate relevant and engaging content that reinforces brand messages.
Communication And Corporate Brand Management
* Support developing strategies and materials to strengthen the corporate brand image in the country, while respecting local restrictions on product promotion.
* Support in the coordination with global and local teams to ensure consistent communication aligned with brand identity.
Emailing Strategy (external communication)
* Design and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to customers, ensuring high open and conversion rates.
* Analyze campaign performance and adjust improve effectiveness.
Internal Communications
* Support developing and maintaining effective internal communication channels to ensure local team is informed and engaged.
Digital Communications Management
* Oversee the company’s local digital presence, including the website and other digital platforms.
* Implement usability and content improvements to enhance user experience and engagement.
Analysis And Reporting
* Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing and social media campaigns.
* Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous Improvement.
Skills and requirements
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Marketing, Communication or similar fields
* Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Italian
* Willingness and ability to travel for business (up to 50%)
* Previous experience in Digital Marketing, at least 4 years
* Proficiency in Adobe, Word Press, Google Ads, Photoshop, Illustrator, Veeva or similar CRM systems
* Previous experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

This position is based in Milan, we have an office near Garibaldi Station. We have a hybrid work model.
