Job Title: Business Development Manager
As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our customer base in the assigned region. This role requires a highly motivated and results-driven individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Main Responsibilities:
* Achieve quarterly and annual quota objectives by maintaining and expanding existing relationships and identifying new opportunities.
* Perform prospecting activities, including cold calling, proposal preparation, product demonstrations, and customer analysis to maintain a sufficient base of prospects.
* Develop and execute major account strategies to increase deal size and accelerate the buying process.
* Ensure 100% customer satisfaction management and maintain proactive relationships with all partners associated with respective opportunities.
Requirements:
* Sales experience with a proven track record of successful sales performance, focusing on closing deals in high-value capital goods and services markets.
* Ability to leverage relations and knowledge of accounts to drive business growth.
* Highly dynamic and motivated professional with excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Proactiveness and autonomy to work independently with minimal supervision.
* Graphic Arts/Printing industry experience is a plus.
