We are looking for a dynamic, organized self-starter to join as Key Account Manager - Amazon PARP (Pick up and Returns points) in Italy.
Amazon PARP is an alternative delivery solution offering convenient pickup and return options to customers. As the Key Account Manager, you will manage and expand our network, requiring a proven track record in C-level stakeholder management, complex contract negotiations, and end-to-end network ownership.
You will work cross-functionally to drive the client relationship lifecycle, overseeing network development, optimization, reviews, action plans, and contract renewals. You will serve as the primary contact for external partners and internal teams such as Tech Ops, Finance, Marketing, Business Planning, Legal, and Product Management, ensuring excellent customer experience and collaboration.
This role offers a unique opportunity to influence Amazon's alternative delivery solutions and improve customer satisfaction across Italy.
Key job responsibilities
* Own and drive executive relationships with C-level stakeholders, serving as the primary contact for strategic decisions and partnership growth.
* Lead contract negotiations including commercial terms, SLAs, and partnership conditions with high-value partners.
* Conduct market analysis and forecasting to inform strategic decisions.
* Maintain ownership of the PARP network in Italy, including performance, expansion, and quality control.
* Oversee network development and optimization, including performance reviews, action plans, and contract renewals.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations.
* Lead business expansion, route-to-market strategies, and new product launches to drive revenue and market share.
* Manage offline marketing campaigns with location partners to increase Amazon Locker awareness.
* Ensure excellent customer experience across all Pickup locations.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related field
* Fluency in Italian and English (written and verbal)
* Experience managing strategic customers, P&L, negotiations, and strategic alliances
* Experience in FMCG, retail, logistics, or e-commerce
* Proven negotiation skills
* Strong financial and analytical skills
* Ability to develop and execute strategic plans
* Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Master’s degree
* Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
