We are a group of companies specialized in the production of Synthetic Leather (PU), bags, and small leather goods, with manufacturing facilities in China and a showroom in Italy (Bergamo area).
To support our growth, we are looking for a Sales Specialist to support the Sales Director in developing the business and achieving sales targets.
Your responsibilities:
* Support the Sales Director in managing and developing customer relationships
* Assist in achieving sales and revenue goals
* Communicate with international production and commercial teams
* Participate in customer meetings, presentations, and negotiations
* Travel to customers and trade fairs when required
What we are looking for:
* Passion for the fashion and materials industry
* Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities
* Willingness to work in an international environment
* Availability to travel when required
* Strong communication, listening, and reporting skills
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Good knowledge of English (spoken and written)
* Proficiency in standard office software (MS Office)
What we offer:
· Fixed base salary of €1,000 + sales commissions
· The right candidate can expect to reach a total monthly income between €2,000 and €3,500
· Contract directly with our Head Office in China
· Possibility to work partially remotely
· Opportunity to grow professionally within an international group in the fashion industry
