Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies and business development plans for the Italian market.
- Achieve regional sales targets and profitability objectives.
- Build and maintain relationships with key industrial customers, EPC contractors, and strategic partners.
- Lead commercial activities including project identification, tender management, negotiations, and contract execution.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
- Gather market intelligence and provide competitor analysis and customer insights.
- Develop and manage channel partners and local business networks.
- Work closely with technical and project teams to support successful project delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of sales or business development experience within industrial automation, process control, instrumentation, engineering services, or related industries.
- Experience managing EPC accounts and industrial projects is highly desirable.
- Understanding of industrial automation technologies such as DCS, PLC, instrumentation, industrial software, and digitalisation solutions.
- Strong commercial, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Existing network within the Italian industrial sector is advantageous.
